Tank Decomissioning Hardfoam Service 

  • Inert foam filling of redundant tanks and connected pipework (The foam absorbs and encapsulates hydrocarbons reducing potential for groundwater contamination 

  • Lightweight and load resisting depending on the foam grade and conditions

  • Foam filled tanks will be vapour free

Fuel Filtration Service 

With increased use of F.A.M.E and bio ethanols it is important to manage your tanks and fuel stocks with a holistic approach to fuel hygiene and handling from tank to vehicle.

​

  • Complete tank cleaning and fuel tank polishing with all waste products from site and disposed of in accordance with (EA) Environmental Agency regulations

  • Installation of permanent fuel tanks fine filters to extract tank bottoms and remove water, debris, sludge and particles

  • Extraction pipework modification which includes suction deflectors and floating suction units so only the cleanest fuel is delivered from the tank

  • Installation of fuel conditioning units which will remove ferritic material and improve combustion properties at molecular level and release more energy from hydrocarbon fuels improving MPG and assisting to reduce emissions

Our combined fleet of specialist vehicles are equiped to tackle environmental spillage, forecourt and fuel tank and pipework cleaning and inerting requirements.

Petroleum regulation tankers will uplift various liquids fuels and chemicals from petrol forecourts and other industrial and commercial premises.

Licensed waste carriers

Disposal in accordance with the latest  (EA) Environmental Agency Regulations.

Fuel uplifts and transfers

Forecourt inerceptor and drain cleaning

Canopy jet washing with the latest working at height built in safety handrails and protection equipment

Built in water jetting equipment for access to undersides of canopies and other difficult to reach areas.

SERVICE 

​

Servicing includes the necessary maintenance activities required to meet the warranty requirements of the assett.

We agree pre planned check list’s / service plan and service intervals with the customer that comply with the warranty and health and safety requirements.

MAINTENANCE 

 

Maintenance reduces the physical age of an assett by the cleansing and renewal of some of its components.

The service activities required to achieve the designed life of the assett. maintenance can be adapted to suit the customers specific needs wether its corrective, preventative, risk or condition based.

Our team will carry out inventories of critical equipment and create an on going maintenance plan that also incorporates all equipment servicing and warranty needs.
